FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method of low-temperature thermodynamic cracking and conversion for improvement of heavy oil products quality. Method for thermodynamic cracking of heavy oil products consists in the fact that raw materials are introduced into standpipe of alternate diametre, cracking of oil products with generation of cracking gases is carried out in standpipe and in cyclone reactor under action of rotary and turbulent flow of fluidised coolant-catalyst in the form of fine-grained mineral particles, which move from regenerator, which operates at temperature from 450°C to 600°C, along two lines, which come out below level of fluidised layer, and particles are transported under action of smoke gases generated in regenerator, through standpipe into cyclone reactor, in which gaseous products are separated from coolant catalyst, which is returned to regenerator. Also cracking installation is described.
EFFECT: improved quality of heavy oil products.
