FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of heat-resistant nickel-base casting alloys designed for making parts of high-temperature gas turbines as well as monocrystal blades that can operate under the temperatures of more than 1000°C using a technique of directional crystallisation. The alloy and a part manufactured from it have the following composition, wt %: carbon 0.08-0.20, chromium 4.0-6.0, cobalt 8.0-10.0, tungsten 7.0-10.0, molybdenum 0.5-2.0, niobium 1.2-2.0, aluminium 5.0-7.0, rhenium 3.0-5.0, tantalum 3.0-5.0, boron 0.005-0.03, vanadium 0.01-0.15, cerium 0.001-0.04, yttrium 0.003-0.04, lanthanum 0.001-0.10, silicon 0.01-0.20, oxygen 0.0001-0.002, nitrogen 0.0001-0.002, the rest is nickel.
EFFECT: improved characteristics of high-temperature strength, heat resistance, yield enhancement.
