FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to production of heat-resistant alloys, and can be used in production of gas turbine engines blades, which are operated at temperatures of up to 1,200 °C. Nickel-based heat-resistant alloy contains, wt%: chromium 1.3–3.3, cobalt 4.5–9.0, aluminum 5.3–5.9, tungsten 0.2–2.0, molybdenum 0.5–2.5, tantalum 7.0–10.0, rhenium 8.0–12.0, lanthanum 0.002–0.1, ruthenium 2.0–7.0, nickel – the rest. Alloy is characterized by long-term strength σB 110 MPa at temperature 1,200 °C.
EFFECT: possibility of making turbine blades with monocrystalline structure with their subsequent thermal and/or barothermal treatment.
