FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil and gas industry, in particular, to restoration and repair of wells. Device comprises hollow split body, in radial slots of which cutters are installed with the possibility of rotation on axes, as well as stepped piston with channels and pusher. Cutters are arranged in the form of double-arm levers, axes of which are located in their middle part. Arms have slot and end cutting edges, lengths of which are proportional and correlated to body diametre, and with their internal profiled surfaces are connected to profiled surface of piston end part, which is arranged in the form of pusher. Fishing neck of piston is connected to pusher via stem, which is functionally designed to limit travel and fixation of opposite levers. Body is equipped with fitting seat for interaction with piston stop cone.
EFFECT: technological resources are expanded due to provision of reliability and maximum depth of cut-in.
