FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used in the operation of oil and gas wells, in particular, for isolation of layers during simultaneous-separate operation. The device for isolating formations in a well includes a stepped housing with a main through passage for a pumped liquid, a seal assembly located on the upper part of the housing, containing a sealing element in the form of a set of cuffs expanding in the radial direction. The cuffs are located between the shoes of the end protection, the hydraulic pusher and the piston are installed with the possibility of movement, limiting the annular chamber. The chamber is connected by an opening to the passage channel, the anchor assembly is presented, consisting of the lower cone and the upper cone, covered by an elastic anchor clutch sliding along the outer cones in the middle part and along the edges, shear screws that determine the order of operation of the piston, hydraulic pusher and displacement of the lower cone. The hydraulic pusher is mounted on the housing above the anchor unit and is surrounded by a cylinder connected to the piston from the outside. The annular chamber is formed between the outer surface of the housing and the inner surface of the cylinder and is located below the seal assembly and above the anchor assembly. The upper part of the annular chamber is blocked by a piston, and the lower part by a hydraulic pusher, installed with the possibility of moving in opposite directions relative to each other, ensuring the immobility of the anchor coupling during operation of the seal assembly and in the position of fixing in the housing string and with the possibility of joint movement down behind the upper cone of the anchor node when removing the device to relieve the compression force from the sealing element. The anchor assembly is equipped with a lower sliding sleeve located under the upper cone with the possibility of fixation on the device housing and ensuring the immobility of the upper cone and fixing the anchor assembly in the housing. Inside the cylinder there is an upper sliding sleeve that interacts with the outer surface of the hydraulic pusher to jointly hold the piston and cylinder on the hydraulic pusher at the end of the working stroke. A split spring ring is fixed under the lower cone, which is fixed when the lower cone is shifted in the groove on the housing, made below the anchor assembly, during the removal of the device.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of operation, simplifying the removal of the device and expanding its functionality.
