FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to oil and gas industry, in particular, to devices for measurement, calculation of flow rates, mass, volume of liquid, oil, water and gas, and also for control of composition of oil and gas wells produce. Installation for measurement of debits, monitoring and control of oil wells production technology includes reservoir-separator equipped with hatch and flanges. On pipe fittings devices are provided for measurement of medium parametres in the form of thermometer and manometer, and also devices for measurement of mass, level and volume. Besides, reservoir-separator is equipped with device of liquid level indicators with measuring rods. Reservoir-separator is oriented strictly horizontally, for this purpose it is located on at least two location supports with loading cantilevers and mass metres. Piping comprises inlet vertical pipeline, common pipeline header, drain pipeline, gas pipeline. Periodically produce in the form of gas-liquid mixture is supplied into measuring reservoir-separator, gas-liquid mixture is separated by gas. Mass of gas-liquid mixture is measured at metering levels in process of gas-liquid mixture separation by gas after creation of distinct border of gas-liquid interface. Temperature, pressure, gas debit, mass, level, interface and liquid volume are measured in process of pouring. Average liquid density is measured or calculated and compared to actual density produced by calculation method by analysis of product samples at the inlet before and after measurements and in process of measurements, as specified value of difference is achieved between readings of average and real densities below specified error. Using calculated average density of liquid and average densities of oil, gas and water obtained by analysis of liquid samples at the inlet to reservoir-separator, debit of liquid, water, oil and gas is calculated.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and validity of measurements, expansion of functional resources.
