FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, to devices for separating crude oil into oil and gas fractions and can be used in various installations for operational metering of production rates of oil wells, including for the production of oil wells with increased gas content. The separation-measuring tank for downhole production measurement units consists of two horizontally oriented communicating vessels, a lower tank 10 for receiving liquid and an upper tank 11 for receiving gas. Contains a hydrocyclone 12 with a gas swirler 13 introduced into the container for receiving gas. The hydrocyclone 12 is immersed in a container 10 for receiving liquid. A defoamer 14 is installed in the lower container 10 for receiving liquid in the form of a package of mass transfer nozzles, located in the direction of movement of the liquid, and fixed in the container body by means of a vertical partition. The container 11 for receiving gas contains two blocks of droplet catchers 15 made in the form of Pall rings and string grids with a developed contact surface. The container for receiving the liquid is equipped with a level meter 16 and a pressure transducer 17. A line for measuring the liquid is connected to the container for receiving the liquid. A gas measurement line is connected to the tank for receiving gas.
EFFECT: invention improves the quality of separation of the well product - oil and gas-water mixture, while reducing the overall dimensions of the device and ensuring the possibility of measuring the parameters of the mixture.
