FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in the following: diesel exhaust gases are purified in alcali liquor to delete mechanical particles and carbon dioxide, these purified exhaust gases are mixed with pure oxygen and cooled in cooling-neutralisation tank, and produced artificial gas mixture is supplied to diesel intake via buffer tank. Oxygen and alkali are produced in oxygen generator from solid oxygen-containing product by acting on it with heated water which is supplied from outlet of heat exchanger-radiator of Diesel engine, and mixture of oxygen and alkali produced in the generator is supplied to inlet of cooling-neutralisation tank. In cooling-neutralisation tank, prepared artificial gas mixture is additionally supplied to fan inlet inside buffer tank to distribute produced ready artificial gas mixture and to mix it with gases contained in it. Moisture separator and flow-rate regulator for artificial gas mixture outgoing from cooling-neutralisation tank which are interconnected and included between artificial gas mixture outlet from cooling-neutralisation tank and buffer tank were additionally introduced into the device for preparation of artificial gas mixture for diesel power plant. Outlet fitting of flow-rate regulator for artificial gas mixture outgoing from cooling-neutralisation tank in buffer tank is directed to inlet of fan installed in buffer tank. Liquid outlet of moisture separator is connected with additional inlet of cooling-neutralisation tank. Additionally introduced liquid-gas mixture check valve is connected between liquid-gas inlet of cooling-neutralisation tank and the same outlet of oxygen generator. Water check valve is connected between outlet of diesel engine heat exchanger-radiator and inlet of oxygen generation water regulator. The first shutoff-regulating T-joint is fitted between the buffer tank and diesel inlet fitting. In this structure the T-joint is connected with buffer tank by its first inlet and with diesel inlet fitting by its outlet. The T-joint is connected by its second inlet with the first outlet of the second shutoff-regulating T-joint, the second outlet of which is connected with buffer tank and this second outlet is directed to fan inlet. Inlet of the second shutoff-regulating T-joint is connected with atmosphere via additionally included check valve of intake-air head. The third shutoff-regulating T-joint is fitted between diesel exhaust fitting and gas inlet of cooling-neutralisation tank which is connected with the first outlet of this shutoff-regulating T-joint and its second outlet is connected with atmosphere via additional check valve of exhaust head. Inlet of the third shutoff-regulating T-joint is connected with diesel exhaust collector.
EFFECT: improvement of prepared artificial gas mixture quality, gain in stocks of artificial gas mixture and improvement of device safety.
