FIELD: heat-and-power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-exchange apparatus, provided for implementation of interaction between air and water (or other liquid) excluding direct contact of these mediums and at its high volumes. Heat-exchange apparatus contains casing with branches of inlet and outlet of water and air, separator, overflow, several heat exchanging elements located over case bottom, herewith each of heat exchanging elements is outfitted by air threaders with blades, fixed on annular plate, exhaust tube, installed on top edges of blades, herewith exhaust tubes are affixed to branch of air exhaust from apparatus, branches of inlet and outlet of cooled water from apparatus are built-in into branch of air exhaust from apparatus, and in bottom parts of exhaust tubes of heat exchanging elements there are located heat exchangers, with inside top parts of exhaust tubes of heat exchanging elements there are located wavy plates, fixed by butts top inner walls of exhaust tubes, and by opposite butts are fixed to each other lengthwise longitudinal axis of exhaust tubes; around outer surfaces of exhaust tubes in the same top part there are fixed drums, divides by inner cylindrical partitions for two parts, herewith partitions are fixed to covers of tanks, but not reaching the bottom of tanks, branch of water inlet into tanks is fixed to inlets of water into apparatus, and branch of outlet of water from tanks is fixed to branch of water inlet into heat exchangers, branch of water outlet from these heat exchangers are fixed to outlets of cooled water from apparatus.

EFFECT: providing of double-stage high-performance heat passage from air to water.
