FIELD: open-type heat exchangers, working in water-cooling regime, evaporative air-cooling regime and regime for dust removal from air. SUBSTANCE: heat-exchanger comprises body with water and air inlet and outlet nipples, separator and transfer means. Water inlet nipple is located under separator. Heat-exchange members are arranged in heat- exchanger body above bottom thereof. Each heat-exchange member has air swirler with blades connected to annular plate, exhaust pipe arranged on upper blade edges. Exhaust pipes of heat-exchange members are connected to air outlet nipple. Upper ends of exhaust pipes are spaced 2-3 mm above lower wall of air outlet nipple. Water inlet nipple is built into air outlet nipple. EFFECT: possibility of heat exchanging between large quantities of water and air, increased efficiency. 2 dwg
