FIELD: heat-exchange apparatus.

SUBSTANCE: heat-exchange apparatus comprises housing with branch pipes for supplying and discharging water and air, separator, overflow device, and heat-exchange members arranged over the bottom of the housing. Each heart-exchange member is provided with the air swirlers provided with blades secured to the ring plate and exhaust pipe mounted on the top edges of the blade. The exhaust pipes are connected to the branch pipe for discharging air from the apparatus. The branch pipe for supplying the cooling water is built in the branch pipe for discharging air form the apparatus. The bottom sections of the exhaust pipes of the heat-exchange members receive heat exchangers. The branch pipes for water supply of the heat exchangers are connected with the apparatus branch pipes for supplying cooling water, and branch pipes for discharging water are connected with the branch pipes for discharging water from the apparatus built in the branch pipe for discharging air from the apparatus.
