FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely, to experimental cardiology, and can be used for modeling of noncoronary myocardium necrosis. For this purpose perfusion of the isolated heart by hyposodium medium with concentration of sodium chloride of not more than 30 mmol/l is performed within 5-15 minutes, then with the standard Ringer-Locke solution containing pyruvate in quality of oxidation substrate in concentration of 5.5-11 mmol/l.

EFFECT: method provides noncoronary myocardium necrosis reproducibility increase at the expense of influence of the specified perfused solutions on the mechanism of membranous calcium transport.
