FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: whole isolated heart is used. Na+dependent flows of Ca2+ in myocardium are registered using hyposodium solution and supporting isoosmoticity due to addition of ammonium chloride, succhrose, mannite, urea or combination of said substances. Simultaneously with determination of ionic flows electronogram and mechanogram are registered. If rate of reduction of extracellular Na+ concentration is 3.0 mM/s, probability of ventricular fibrillation of heart is estimated as 100%, and if rate of reduction of extracellular Na+ concentration is 0.05 mM/s - as 40%.
EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for simultaneous registration of said compounds and estimation of functional state of whole isolated heart in experiment.
