FIELD: means for preservation of isolated organs and tissues.
SUBSTANCE: aqueous solution for organ or tissue preservation has the following composition, mmol/l: Na+ ions 110-120, K+ ions 14-16, Mg2+ ions 10-15, Cl- ions 126-138.4, SO42- ions 10-15, Ca2+ ions 1-1.2, L-histidine 50-180, wherein water used is water for injection. Aqueous solution for organ or tissue preservation is used for organ or tissue preservation by introducing the solution into isolated tissue or isolated organ and storing the organ or tissue in this solution. Solution is applied for preservation of isolated organs, such as heart or kidneys, to be transplanted.
EFFECT: proposed aqueous solution for the preservation of an organ or tissue is stable during prolonged storage, is suitable for sterilization in an autoclave, which allows to avoid aseptic filling, possesses the pronounced protective and infarction-limiting action, causes no tissue oedema, enables preventing the cell damage of a donor organ caused by acidosis.
