SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, particularly to cellular communication. It covers method and device designed to indicate the maximum user UE transmitter power for base station for dispatching of packet uplink transmission in cellular communication network node B. This node receives the data of uplink line state from UE and maximum UE transmitter power from the controller. The transmitter maximum power is minimum of the maximum tolerable UL Tx-power and maximum UE Tx-power. Then B-node dispatches packet uplink transmission from UE proceeding from the UE channel state and maximum power data.

EFFECT: efficient UE data transmission in uplink data transmission network.
