FIELD: mobile communications, code division multi-access systems.

SUBSTANCE: mobile communication system, using improved dedicated transport channel uplink, transfers data at relatively low efficient data transmission speed by means of an unplanned transmission. Time intervals of data transmission for user equipment units have various values in unplanned transmission and therefore interference in uplink is decreased. Period N of unplanned transmission and number of unplanned transmissions k are determined in such a way, that each user equipment unit realizes an unplanned transmission. Unit B and each user equipment unit are notified about possible time intervals of unplanned transmission, on basis of certain period n of unplanned transmission and certain number of unplanned transmissions k, by means of signal transfer. User equipment unit transmits data through an uplink without planning by unit B in possible time intervals of unplanned transmission.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of autonomous transfer and decreased interference in the uplink.
