FIELD: radio engineering and communication.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention covers the system and method to make alarm calls with the help of mobile terminal (1) incorporating p.c.b (2) allowing an access to mobile communication circuit. Aforesaid terminal comprises memory cells (23) containing personal file of owner of the said p.c.b (2). The latter allows making calls and/or send messages. Note that the said personal file is sent to the first-aid center even with mobile phone PIN-code not entered on cutting in the phone.
