SUBSTANCE: information is saved in a central database on preparation for work, which has been previously automatically copied in a reserve manner for a mobile telephone in a central data base each time, when information on preparation for work was modified, via a cellular telephone network they receive a registration name and account data of authentication from a mobile phone user, and information on preparation for work of a mobile telephone is downloaded to a mobile telephone using a cellular telephone network. A user initialises an account with a services provider with account data of authentication and reserves information on preparation for work and personal data saved in a mobile telephone, to a server for safe storage. Information on preparation for work and personal data may be accessed via a cellular telephone network, therefore such preparations for work and personal data may be transferred between mobile telephones.

EFFECT: provision of the possibility for a user to quickly and simply restore personal data, if a mobile telephone has been replaced, lost or broken, possibility of remote preparation of new mobile telephones for work.
