FIELD: instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to compounds for therapeutic resistance film heaters that generate near, intermediate and far IR radiation and a magnetic field, activates metabolism and stabilise human immune system, as well as give warming effect of soft IR radiation to various bodies, capacities and environments. Considering the dimensions of the heater design, a surface of the support is consistently coated with formed electrically-insulating, resistive, electrode and electrically-insulating layers consisting of compounds of the following formulation, wt %: electrically-insulating layer - syenite concentrate 20÷40, igerine concentrate 20÷40, binder - the rest, resistive layer - industrial graphite 30÷50, sodium chloride (NaCl) 5÷10, potassium hydrophosphate (K2HPO4) 5÷10, magnesium chloride (MgCl2) 5÷10, mineral calcite (CaCO3 with impurities) of fineness no more than 30 mcm 5÷10, semiconductor crystals (solid solutions GaAs, CaSbxAs1-x, GaAsxP1-x, GaxAl1-xAs, in any ratio) of fineness no more than 0.1 mm 0.01÷0.2, copper powder of fineness no more than 15 mcm 0.01÷0.1, binder - the rest, electrode layer - copper powder of fineness no more than 15 mcm 70÷90, semiconductor crystals (solid solutions GaAs, CaSbxAs1-x, GaAsxP1-x, GaxAl1-xAs in any ratio) of fineness no more than 0.1 mm 0.01÷0.1, binder - the rest.

EFFECT: activation of metabolism and stabilisation of immune system that is provided due to near, intermediate and far IR radiation and a magnetic field generated by the heater, closely characterised electromagnetic field generated by optically active substances of human organs (biological field).
