FIELD: lubricating materials and additives for them improving their properties.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method improves anti-oxidation, anti-friction, friction, anti-score, wear-resistance and non-stick properties. Proposed method includes subjecting the alloying components and liquid base to action of rolling and sliding friction of milling bodies for obtaining colloidal dispersity and oil-soluble compounds. Fish oil is used as liquid base and cobalt, nickel, silicon and copper in equal amounts are used as alloying components. Complex-forming components are also introduced, that is halogen-containing, platinum-containing, alkaline and rare-earth metals; besides that, components of dispersed strengthening systems are introduced in form of three compositions: first composition contains compounds of basic metal of additive matrix with mono-oxides of metals of second group A; second composition contains compounds of basic metal of additive matrix with superoxides of metals of third group A and third composition contains compounds of basic metals of additive matrix with carbides, nitrides and oxides of metals of fourth group A; all components at size not exceeding 10 mcm are mixed at the following ratio, mass-%: alloying components, 0.1-10; complex-forming components, 5.33-10; components of dispersed strengthening systems, 0.01-5; the remainder being commercial fish oil; components and liquid base are additionally subjected to action of electric voltage. Device proposed for realization of this method includes two shafts mounted in parallel on supports in horizontal plane; one shaft is drive; these shafts are engageable with side surfaces of body through dampening dielectric material; device is provided with port closed with hermetic cover; interior of device is lined with rods made from the same metal as milling bodies which is contained in additive; every other rod is connected to first and second current collectors of body which are located on the outside and are connected to sliding contacts through circular current collectors of shafts and their axles and are electrically insulated from supports.
EFFECT: increased service life of internal combustion engine; reduced wear of friction pairs; saving of fuel and lubricant; reduction of toxicity of exhaust gases.
