FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns agriculture and industry dealing with grain and seed storage and processing. Device for grain processing after harvesting includes tank for grain conservation equipped with active ventilation device for grain bulk, as well as grain loading and unloading devices. Additionally, the device includes power generating equipment unit activating gas turbine plant, two-phase gas compressor and pressure reducer valve connected kinematically, and two gas coolers, ejection mixer and gas mix treatment filters. Exhaust gas of gas turbine plant serves as nitrogen and carbon dioxide mix source serving as conservation agent, and generated active power is utilised in frost production by gas compressor and pressure reducer valve, allowing for active ventilation of conserved tank and grain contained in it by dry gas mix of nitrogen and carbon dioxide cooled to a temperature below 0°C, circulating in closed circuit. Closed circuit is formed by gas pipeline lines linking grain conservation tank to power generation and heat exchange equipment, including gas coolers, one of gas compressor compression stages, pressure reducer valve, gas mix treatment filters and ejection mixer maintaining gas mix circulation in the circuit. Gas coolers are mounted so as to bleed the heat extracted in the device to further utilisation, including heat obtained by grain cooldown.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and economy of grain conservation process.
