SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for locomotor apparatus examination, and can be used in orthopaedics, traumatology, and prophylactic screening. A spinal curvature measurement device comprises a laser emitter with a ribbon beam former mounted on a device for relocation of the emitter with the former and angular measurements of beam plane relative to horizontal and vertical lines with beam plane inclined to a frontal spinal plane. The ribbon beam former is a cylindrical lens mounted in front of the emitter. The longitudinal axis of the lens and the beam axis extended from the emitter are mutually perpendicular.

EFFECT: elimination of mechanical actions on measurement procedures.
