FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to diagnostics of pathology of locomotor system in traumatology and orthopaedics, paediatrics, restorative and sports medicine. Disclosed is a research method for detecting signs characteristic of a musculoskeletal system disorders, involving the use of a mobile photographic equipment with a screen, equipped with a computer processor device for processing and storing digital photographs, consisting in making digital images of patient standing in frontal and sagittal plane, and in frontal plane in position of bending forward, wherein the images are taken from the side of the head and back, and (or) in non-standard projections characterized by that when taking pictures, a flat contrast diagnostic grid of a rectangular pattern is placed in front of the patient, the vertical lines of which are oriented along the vertical component of the gravity vector, wherein the size of the diagnostic grid exceeds the frontal and vertical size of the patient, wherein the patient is placed in front of the grid so that the front parts of his feet are on the line perpendicular to the sagittal plane of the patient’s body, wherein this line was parallel to the base of the diagnostic grid when taking photographs in the frontal plane and perpendicular to the base of the diagnostic grid when taking photographs in the sagittal plane, and when taking photographs, the mobile photographic equipment is oriented as follows: in the horizontal plane so that on the screen of the mobile photographic equipment the upper and lower horizontal lines of the diagnostic grid are parallel to each other, in the sagittal plane so that on the screen the right and left vertical lines of the diagnostic grid are parallel to each other, and in the frontal plane so that on the screen the upper and lower horizontal lines of the diagnostic grid are parallel to the upper and lower edges of the screen of the mobile photographic equipment, wherein after photographing, the photographic image is additionally corrected in three planes and the image is aligned according to the above principle due to machine recognition of image distortions of the diagnostic grid and subsequent processing of the photograph using mathematical algorithms. After taking pictures, a digital rectangular grid can be superimposed above them on the screen of the mobile photographic equipment, wherein the size of the cells of the digital rectangular grid is changeable. Horizontal and/or vertical lines can be drawn and moved on the screen over the photo. Obtained data are processed, recorded or archived in electronic form and transmitted via communication channels. Mathematical values are evaluated on the obtained images.
EFFECT: invention provides faster examination of patients and higher accuracy of measurements of parameters of interest, as well as improved usability.
