SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to dentistry and can be used for implantation within a wide zone of maxillary crest. Dental implant (1) comprises head (2) and threaded body (3) with blind threaded hole (5). Head (2) contains bottom (8), cylindrical part (7) and hexagonal collar (6). Threaded body (3) accommodates a cylindrical threaded part (10) and lower conic threaded part (11). Cylindrical threaded part (10) has internal diametre (d1) 1.9 mm to 2.7 mm, and external diametre (d2) 2.5 mm to 3.25 mm. Threaded body (3) comprises an upper conic threaded part (9) formed between head (2) and cylindrical threaded part (10). In upper conic threaded part (9), threaded depth increases as far as approaching the cylindrical threaded part (10) which is always less than threaded depth of cylindrical threaded part (10). Blind threaded hole (5) has height (h6) 2.5 mm to 3.0 mm, internal diametre (d5) 1.3 mm to 1.7 mm, and external diametre (d6) 1.6 to 2.2 mm. Also it includes 3 to 6 turns of thread. The group of inventions involves a set of elements for making and fixing the implant and a denture retention element.

EFFECT: denture installation combined with implantation without waiting on osteointegration due to application of the thin implant.
