FIELD: medicine; dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for elimination of malocclusion with using fixed dentures or single teeth fixed on implants on lower and upper jaws in both partial and especially complete adentia. Dental implant with rotary support consists of an implant and a rotary support between the implant and a denture or a tooth. The implant has an enclosure with an internal threaded hole to screw in a rotary support tail representing a spherical case. The spherical case comprises a leg ball end movable relative to the vertical and horizontal implant axes. The ball end leg is screwed in the through cylindrical stepped threaded hole of a clamping truncated cone. Thus the ball end is notched. The spherical case has a flanged hole of diametre greater, than diametre of the protruding ball end leg. The lateral surface of the spherical case is curved inside the sphere to form a flange inserted into the notch on the ball end. The spherical case goes into a hemispheric recess at an end face of greater diametre of the clamping truncated cone. The implant has a conical external lateral surface with a lateral surface slope 1:20 with formed double thread. The tail of the implant is provided with a cutting part representing a drill with a rounded end with a through hole perpendicular to the vertical axis of the implant. The internal hole of the implant is stepped. The first step of greater diametre corresponds to the cylindrical neck of the rotary support tail and represents a circle inscribed in a hexagon with the common central axis. The second step of smaller diametre is a female threaded cylinder corresponding to the external thread of the tail end. The spherical case of the tail represents a hemisphere passing into a hexahedral prism from the tail. The spherical case has a round hole for exit of the ball end leg. The spherical case comprises a lateral surface curved into the sphere from two sides thereby forming the flanges inserted into two longitudinally opposite notches on the ball end. The ball end is mounted in the spherical case and circulates along with the clamping truncated cone. The external lateral surface of the truncated cone passes into a hexahedral prism from fastening in a denture or a tooth. The external lateral surface of the clamping truncated cone comprises one or two ring grooves. The clamping truncated cone is moved relative to the vertical and horizontal axes of the implant for the angle α=0°-32°. The clamping truncated cone is fixed in a denture or a tooth by binding material or screw. The through cylindrical stepped threaded hole of the clamping truncated cone has greater diametre from the hemispheric recess respective to diametre of the ball end leg, and smaller diametre from the opposite side respective to diametre of the screw fastening a tooth to the clamping truncated cone.
EFFECT: reliable denture support and fixation following formation of correct occlusion in fixed implant denture.
