FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for rump pain management. The patient lies in prone comfort position while legs lifted in ankles. Then a masseur starts exposure from the opposite side with making easy pushes. After amplitude of the patient's reciprocal rocking is increased, and the muscles are relaxed, the masseur with his one hand takes the patient's leg farther from the masseur from above ankle joint and abduct a hip outside. This leg is bent and put on other leg. An elbow of his other hand, the masseur places on the patient's bent leg within projection of piriform muscle. Elbow massage is combined with pushes made by the masseur's one hand. Then the masseur changes his position on the opposite side and performs his action therefrom. Time of total massage procedure is about 40-50 minutes. The massage course is 3-4 sessions.
EFFECT: method provides pain management in the patient suffering from lumbar osteochondrosis, sciatic neuritis and other disorders.
