SUBSTANCE: device is made in the form of headwear and consists of external 3 and internal 6 covers which are connected to each other with partitions 5. External 3, internal 6 covers and partitions 5 comprise cavities 13 wherein gas and cold source 4 is arranged. External thermal insulation 2 is applied to external 3 cover on the side opposite to internal 6 cover. Internal thermal insulation 7 is applied to internal 6 cover on the side opposite to external 3 cover. Cavities 13 are interconnected with exterior content by means of first 1 and second 9 holes made in external cover 3 and thermal insulation 2 and in internal cover 6 and thermal insulation 7. To internal thermal insulation 7 on the side opposite to external 3 cover there connected are bases 10, cavities are also made therein for forming air gaps 12 at the boundary between head surface 10 and the device meant for protecting the human's organism against overheat.

EFFECT: effective cooling of human's organism against overheat.
