FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a cooling unit, a control unit, a power unit, at least one helmet, consisting of interconnected outer and inner shells. The helmet is configured to enclose the temples and the lower jaw, fix on the head and cool its skin. The helmet has a cavity for circulation of cooling air supplied from the cooling unit between the inner shell and scalp. The inner shell evenly divides the total cooling air flow for its distribution in the skin zones and is provided with cooling air flow dividers in these areas.
EFFECT: invention application allows to increase intensity and to ensure uniformity of heat dissipation.
