FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: starting component weight magnitudes are determined and leveled prior to feed the said components into averaging bin during preset time intervals. Content of chemical elements and oxides in the said components is determined. Weighted average content of chemical elements and oxides in aforesaid averaging bin for every preset time interval is determined. Time constant of dynamic variable describing the changing of weighted average contents of chemical elements and oxides in aforesaid bin is determined in its filling. Factor of transfer of aforesaid dynamic variable describing the changing of weighted average contents of chemical elements and oxides in aforesaid bin is determined in its filling is determined.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of control.
