FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: first the internal rotor is turned on whose rotations are gradually increased to the maximum extent and the rotary speed is controlled steplessly while ingress of the air flow into the fan is controlled by shutters able to move towards one another while being shut. In order to implement the above mention method the fan consists of two rotors installed into each other and telescoped with shafts as tubes the ends of which have actuating motors rigidly connected to the walls of the machine setup chamber. The external rotor is built with a controllable rotary speed, the blades of the both rotors are equal by shape and installed with convexity against the movement and the internal rotor blades are installed with a pitch twice as that of the external rotor and the external rotor blades have a pitch twice as that of the internal one.
EFFECT: improved uniformity of the air flow as well as quality of treatment of grain mixture.
