SUBSTANCE: venous blood sampling from the animal is carried out prior to, during, and after the low intensity laser irradiation of blood, the plasma is obtained from it. In the thermostat the environment phase is prepared at a temperature equal to the body temperature of the animal and examined by the method of light microscopy. In case of destruction the impact is considered as excessive, and in case of ordering the structure - positive.
EFFECT: method enables to assess quickly and accurately the impact on the animal organism of low-intensity laser irradiation of blood.
