FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly laboratory analysis. The method of determining a disease in an organism caused by ionising radiation in ray therapeutics involves microscopic blood serum analysis before and after an irradiation session. A drop is applied on a transparent surface, dried up at 20-25°C and relative humidity 55-60%, examined with microscope in 2-3 days. If the sample shows a number of sheet structures double increased after the irradiation session, in comparison the sample prior to the irradiation session, the vascular wall disease is considered to be insignificant. The 3-9-multiple increase in number of said sheet structures after the irradiation session indicates the evident vascular hardening.
EFFECT: possibility to diagnose and differentiate the patients by severity level and provides a basis to start an adequate well-timed drug therapy.
