FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be applied in determination of organism reaction to radiation effect. It involves microscopic examination of blood serum structure before and after radiation. Post-radiation examination is performed after total radiation dose of 30-32.5 Gy and over each 10-12.5 Gy. Further, obtained results are compared. If a tendency to restore structure similar to morphological presentation of blood serum before treatment is detected, then organism reaction to radiation course is considered satisfactory. In the absence of tendency to restore structure, organism reaction to radiation course is considered unsatisfactory.
EFFECT: possible analysis of human organism state change during radiotherapy, using complex assessment of blood serum state, enabling timely actions to be taken to reduce negative communal effect caused by radiation course performed.
