FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly laboratory diagnostics. There is disclosed method for determination of fibrin monomer self-assembly time. The method can be used for blood analysis in disturbed haemostasis system. It involves determination of coagulation time with thrombin with urea added in concentration 180 g/l. Thrombin applied therefor is characterised with activity 4-6 seconds. The offered method allows estimating both delayed and accelerated fibrin monomer self-assembly in relevant typical clinical situations.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of determination fibrin monomer self-assembly time.
