FIELD: physics, clocks.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of clock industry and is aimed at reduction of daily variation. This result is achieved by the fact that balancing spring, according to invention, includes combination of turns, and spring end becomes more rigid due to deformation in order to accurately identify work point of mentioned balancing spring. Besides mentioned deformation may be realised by bending of external spiral end by 90° in plane, which is perpendicular to height of balance wheel spring, or by means of external spiral end section by 180° to internal or external surface of mentioned end.
EFFECT: reduction of daily variation.
