SUBSTANCE: control device (2) acts on oscillating system (1) with periodic oscillations of at least periodic change of resonance frequency of oscillatory system (1) and at least one change of active length of spring of oscillatory system (1) with adjusting frequency (ωR), which is equal to 0.9-1.1 of integer multiple of proper frequency (ω0), wherein said integer exceeds or equals 2 and less than or equal to 10.
EFFECT: disclosed is method to maintain and adjust frequency of clock oscillatory system (1) about its own frequency (ω0).
