SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to machine building. Spring of the spring-loaded rocker includes a section with first metal material having external layer that contains the second metal material. Thermoelasticity factor of the second metal material changes in direction opposite to direction of change of the thermoelasticity factor of the first metal material. Chronometer contains such spring. The spring manufacturing method under the first option contains the following operations: body formation with use of the connected to each other first and second metal materials, decreasing of the body cross-section, body screwing in using spring. The spring manufacturing method under the second option contains the following operations: spring-like body creation using the first metal material, second metal material securing on the body using surface casting and/or electroplating.

EFFECT: simplification of the design and method of spring manufacturing.
