FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and can be used in peritonitis simulation ensured by simulation of gastric ulcer by Ocabe method. On the 5th day after simulation of gastric ulcer, aqueous solution of molecule fragments of human alpha fetoprotein AFP14-20 is introduced into periulcerous region in a dose 0.02-0.06 ml/kg. On the 10th day, electromotor gastric activity is recorded. If slow-wave activity rate 13.3-14.1 per a minute and amplitude 0.45-0.5 mW in fundic stomach and slow-wave activity rate 14.3-14.8 per a minute and amplitude 0.37-0.44 mW in antral stomach, simulation formation is considered.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and lower work content of simulation.
