SUBSTANCE: observing peripheral blood cytotoxic lymphocytes CD8+ gain by 25% or more, gain by CD16+ by 20% or more, CD25+ gain by 80% or more, twice or more CD71+ gain, CD95+ gain by 10% or more enables diagnosing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. CD54+ gain by 50% or more shows bronchial asthma.

EFFECT: use of the given technique enables higher accuracy of the differential diagnosis of bronchial asthma and obstructive pulmonary disease that provides the differentiated therapy of these diseases.
