FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of drying agricultural raw materials or vegetable material, and can be used in agriculture, food and construction industry for increasing efficiency of drying vegetable material, particularly wood, vegetables, fruits, grains and herbs by intensifying the process of redistribution of moisture to the surrounding medium. The method involves exposing starting materials to radiation in form of electromagnetic waves in the frequency range from 3×10-5 to 3×10 Hz or ultrasonic waves in the frequency range from 1.5×104 Hz to 109 Hz or acoustic waves in the frequency range from 17 Hz to 20 kHz, which are modulated by information signals, which are resonant with the raw material or vegetable material in standing-wave mode for resonant excitation of charged microparticles of the cytoplasm of the cells of the dried objects. Exposure is done by placing radiation sources around the processed raw materials or vegetable material.
EFFECT: invention provides for resonant excitation of microparticles of cytoplasm of vegetable material with the objective of eliminating screening effect of polar water molecules.
