FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to poultry keeping. The method involves receiving signals from online measurement of variable data of a biological reaction. The said signals are processed at least in real time in a signal processor. On one hand, organisms in the said ambient microenvironment are monitored and on the other hand, these variables can be regulated with appropriate signal control devices in accordance with a living space control model. The living space is an egg incubator. Variable data of the biological reaction are measured and controlled physically and/or chemically. The method of regulating climatic conditions in the incubator during the incubation process involves establishing, measuring and monitoring, as well as regulating concentration of gas and climatic parametres, such as air temperature, air moisture, carbon dioxide and oxygen content, as well as measurement of temperature of at least several eggs. The method involves the following successive stages: given temperature Tep for incubating eggs is established in the control medium at the beginning of the incubation process; temperature Te of the eggs at a given time after the beginning of the incubation process is measured; Te and Tep are compared. If Te and Tep are not equal, a signal is transmitted for regulating air temperature Ta in accordance with air temperature regulation; and these stages are repeated at the next given time moment during the incubation process. The device allows for measuring temperature of eggs in hatching trays inside the incubator using infrared thermometres. For a given number of trays, temperature of a given number of eggs is measured. During the incubation period, each thermometre remotely measures temperature of the corresponding separate egg in accordance with a predefined measurement method. Measurement signals obtained allow for regulation by controlling temperature.
