FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: spraying nozzle for a spraying machine relates to agricultural engineering, particularly to crop sprayer equipment set. The spraying nozzle of a spraying machine is fitted into the discharge manifold of the spraying machine and has a body, with inlet openings for the working liquid or gas, pressure-spray chamber, mixing chamber, made in form of a cone, and a mouth, with an outlet opening, made in form of a V-shaped slit. Air is fed into the pressure-spraying chamber at pressure 0.1 MPa below the pressure of the working liquid. An eddy region forms in the pressure-spray chamber, which provides for mixture of air with the working liquid, and a liquid-air streams forms, which forms large air-filled drops in the mixing chamber, whose size is much larger than the size of drops in a traditional sprayer. The said V-shaped outlet opening forms a spray fan at the output and does not destroy the formed drops which are filled with air bubbles. Upon falling on a leaf, the air bubbles break inside the air-filled drop and small drops scatter onto the surface of the leaf, and that way, degree of moisture is improved, providing for excellent moisture of an array of plants. The quality of treating seeds depends less on weather conditions (bad, windy weather).

EFFECT: use of the spray nozzle increases efficiency of spraying due to reduced run-off of working liquid from the surface of plants, evaporation or wind drift, increase in covered leaf surface area and retention of working medium on the leaf, cutting on expenses and environment conservation.
