FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared. Onions are cut and sauteed in melted butter. Parsley root is cut and blanched. Green beans and parsley are cut and frozen. The listed ingredients mixed with table salt without oxygen access. Haddock fillet is cut. Haddock fillet is packed with the obtained mixture and drinking water. Then sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
