SUBSTANCE: method includes cutting and browning in melted butter parsley root and raw onions, cutting and freezing runner beans and parsley greens. The listed ingredients are mixed with salt without oxygen access. Mackerel fillet is cut and packed with the obtained mixture and the fish broth, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
