FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and specifically to active prenosological diagnostics of arterial hypertension. The patient is examined for Pignet index, neck, head, waist, abdomen girths, thorax dimensions to predict possibility of arterial hypertension development considering the complex of indices (P1 - P4) by the following dependences: where N is a neck girth (cm), H is a head girth (cm), and if the index P1 exceeds 63.84±3.23% in male adolescents, and 57.75±0.35% in female adolescents, risk of arterial hypertension development makes 20 percent; where T is a thorax circumference (cm), T1 is a waist girth (cm), and the index P2 more than 84.79±2.44% in male adolescents, and 80.05±2.35% in female adolescents shows risk of arterial hypertension development being 20 percent; where G is an abdomen girth (cm), T is a thorax girth (cm), and the index P3 less than 93.05±7.99% in male adolescents, and 87.46±6.30% in female adolescents indicates risk of arterial hypertension being 20 percent; where G is an abdomen girth (cm), T1 is a waist girth (cm), and in case the index P4 is more than 93.05±7.99% in male adolescents, and 87.46±6.30% in female adolescents, risk of arterial hypertension development is 20 percent. The aggregate risks derived from the indices P1 - P4 provides a basis to predict development of pre-clinical arterial hypertension.

EFFECT: method allows for sufficient prediction accuracy for risk of arterial hypertension development considering the anthropometrical indices at the stage of functional changes, and makes it possible to implement measures to reduce risk of condition development by physical and respiratory exercises of certain muscular groups.
