FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates generally to the field of sports physiology and medicine, more precisely to measurements for diagnostic purposes, and can be used in practice of control for diagnostic purposes and assessment of body proportions by method of average values of signs of physical development – method of standards, somatotype and method of indices, study and assessment of body composition. Disclosed is a system for realizing the method, in which the measuring means for diagnostic purposes are known samples and measurements, and a computer-implemented system (CIS) is used to assess morpho-functional parameters of the body and to process digital material. A method for monitoring and assessing functional reserves of cardiac and skeletal muscles consists in the fact that a user uses a computer device and an Internet network to enter the CIS, where he enters data of the user, and also selects the level of sports qualification of the investigated person from the presented versions. Further, the program additionally performs analysis and processing of the obtained information using mathematical formulas, as well as graphical output of sigma deviation data for all indicators. Besides, the system automatically generates recommendations in case of deviation of values from the established norms.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides the possibility of self-control and monitoring by specialists in sports, medical control, physical development, trainers of dynamics of values of signs of physical development of the user in real time, on the basis of which the user can assess the physical development favourable for practicing a particular sport, or identify weak signs or preferential signs of physical development, affecting the physical health of the user, therefore, on the sports result, or signs of physical development, having deviations from average group values by age period and qualification of an athlete.
