There is offered composite to treat the gunshot wounds containing a base and active components, wherein the base is a gel, while the active components are Tonarolum, T-activine and Tomicide in the ratio, %: Tonarolum - 5-10%; T-activine - 1-3%; Tomicide - 1-3 %; gel - the rest, There is also offered method for treating the gunshot wounds by management thereof, wherein a wound is processed with the composite introduced therein, not later than 12 hours after wounding, and then 1-2 days after.

EFFECT: composite provides accelerated gunshot wound healing.
