FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: anti-ischemic and neurotrophic preparations are introduced with two Quincke's spinal needles. One needle in introduced into supra-acetabular region conventionally approached, while the second is passed intraosseously from subtrochanteric region through the delivered pin not reaching the subepiphyseal region.
EFFECT: method provides epiphyseal osteite stimulation, prevention of pathological deformation of proximal femur, and injury reduction.
