SUBSTANCE: structural modular system with detachable magnetic framework contains multitude of modular blocks made of nonmagnetic material, liable to assemblage for creation of compositions. Framework for connection of blocks includes multitude of magnetic elements of framework, located with ability of extraction in corresponding sockets in each modular block or between adjacent blocks of composition. Modular blocks and magnetic elements of framework, provided in of framework, allows surfaces of edges, contacting and interacting to each other at built-up condition of unit.
