SUBSTANCE: tire carcass structure comprising at least one carcass layer is arranged on main drum. Breaker structure, comprising at least one breaker layer is arranged on auxiliary drum. Then breaker structure is removed from auxiliary drum and moved into coaxial centered position relative to carcass structure. Toroid shape is made for carcass structure to allow interaction between breaker and carcass structures. Note here that one sub breaker band is tied with at least one breaker layer in radial central position. Proposed device comprises main drum for carcass structure to be placed thereon and auxiliary drum for breaker structure. Device comprises also transfer element moving between aforesaid drums, and gripping devices coupled with transfer element to remove breaker structure from auxiliary drum. Proposed device comprises also appliances intended for applying at least one sub breaker band on breaker structure when the latter stays axially apart from carcass structure.
EFFECT: ease of use and higher reliability.
